This public website is operated by the Frostbitten server community. For privacy questions or requests, contact the Frostbitten administrators on Discord. Please ask to speak privately rather than posting personal information in a public channel. Discord has its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics is optional. We load its script only after you select Accept analytics. Declining does not restrict any website content or server connection information. Our basis for optional analytics is your consent.
Use Privacy settings in the footer of this page or the homepage to change your choice at any time. Select Decline to stop further analytics collection in this browser and remove this site's first-party Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already received by Google; contact us about a data request.
What analytics measures
After acceptance, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, engagement, approximate location, traffic sources, and browser/device information. It uses cookie identifiers to distinguish visits. Google receives connection information, including your IP address, when your browser connects to its servers; analytics is not anonymous simply because we do not ask for your name.
Website analytics records visits, sections viewed, clicks on Discord links, and use of the server-address copy buttons. For a copy action, it records which server was selected. We disable advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals in our tag configuration.
Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may involve processing outside your country, including outside the EEA. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Choices are specific to each browser and website hostname, so you may be asked again on another device or on www.
Retention and hosting
The 180-day browser choice and cookie lifetimes are separate from Google's retention of received data. User- and event-level retention is controlled by the Google Analytics property's settings; standard GA4 properties offer 2 or 14 months for these records. Aggregated reports can be retained separately. Contact the administrators for the currently selected setting or a request concerning your data.
Serving the website requires processing connection details such as IP addresses and requested URLs. This public application does not maintain its own visitor database or request-access log. Hosting, network, or security providers may separately process connection data for operation and security.
Questions and your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact our administrators on Discord to discuss a request. We may need information to identify the records involved. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
